What is your online returns policy?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition, including tags.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear defect or production error. We provide digital proofs and approval prior to production to ensure satisfaction, so please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

• We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn or washed
• Items must be returned in original condition, including tags

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because each item is made-to-order, we are only able to accommodate cancellations or changes within 1 hour of your order being placed. After that, production may begin and materials may already be ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us for a returns form. Enclose the completed form with your goods, and make sure everything is well packaged so it isn't damaged in transit.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Who pays for return postage?

• We do not cover return postage on items
• Replacement items are shipped to you free of charge, regardless of destination
• For faulty items returned for a refund, we refund both the original shipping cost and the return delivery cost

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 2–3 business days of receiving them, and you'll be notified by email once the return is complete.

If the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be sent within 24–48 hours after processing, depending on your card issuer.

How long will it be before I receive my exchange?
