All orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Canada. We currently ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Custom Orders: Flat rate of $8 CAD
• Free Shipping: Available on orders of 2 or more custom items, or for bulk orders (10+ units)
• From time to time, we may upgrade your shipping to UPS or Xpresspost at no extra charge

Turnaround Time

• T-shirts and basic garments: Typically ship within 1 business day if in stock
• Custom or special orders (e.g. hoodies, hats, totes): Usually ship within 3–4 business days depending on inventory availability

Delivery Times

We use Canada Post or UPS depending on the order and destination:

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (Expedited)
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Xpresspost or UPS)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Pickup Policy

We do not offer in-person pickup at this time (with some exceptions). All orders are shipped directly to your address, even if you're located in Toronto.
